The fourth Friday of February is set aside as National Skip the Straw Day. The huge numbers of plastic straws used by the world everyday stays around a long time and damages untold wildlife. I generally never use the straw given out when I dine out, but there is an alternative to just skipping it. I have a set of stainless steel straws from Amazon that takes the place of disposable straws. I use them at home all the time and it comes with a handy carry bag if you wanted to take some with you. It comes with cleaning tools as well and it delivers cold drinks ice cold. Give them a try. Help our environment and look cool at the same time. If even comes with large sizes for this Boba (Bobo? Bobi? Bubble drinks). Never got the allure, but hey. sip what you wanna sip.
