National Wear Red Day

Back in 2004 the American Heart Association named the First Friday in February National Wear Red Day to call attention to the fact that heart disease and stroke kill one in three women. You can find out more by going to http://www.goredforwomen.com or on Facebook GoRedGetFit. Use the hashtag #GoRedWearRed on your social media and wear something red today to bring attention to the cause.

As always you can find more on http://www.walterthinnes.com and on Twitter @walterthinnes
