Today is National Popcorn Day!  Component of Cracker Jacks, in many flavors and forms, festive and warming.  One of my favorite snacks.  I love it so much I invested in one of those movie theater popper units.  I also have incorporated it into my Polaris North shows as part of the reception.  Recently I have discovered a line of seasonings I heartily endorse.  It is called Kernel Seasons and comes in many flavors and is available on Amazon.  It works even on microwave popcorn and is delightful.  Give it a try.  And enjoy some popcorn this weekend!
