My Cincinnati Reds aren’t out of it yet. That’s the good news. In this shortened season they are 9-11 and about a third of the way through. Translated to a regular season they would be about 24-30 at the end of May. They need to pick it up but just had the weekend games postponed because a member of the team tested positive for the coronavirus and took a pause. (A recent report indicated that the entire team tested negative, so perhaps a false positive?)
But I am still really positive about our prospects. There have been some individual heroics but not enough wins. This team is talented enough to contend this year. With the expanded playoff schedule there is still hope, but they must really pick up their game. Still have faith. Go Reds!
