Oh, you’re going to lose an hour of sleep tonight like it is the very worst thing that can happen. Look, you owe it. You got an extra hour sleep last fall and now you have to pay it back. Buck up buckaroo, you’ll get it back in a few months. It is the cycle of our current calendar. And, by the way, most of our devices today do it automatically as you sleep.
