Today is Opening Day of the Reds World Series 2019 Season. Really. I Mean It!

Today at 4:10 PM the first pitch is scheduled for for the Cincinnati Reds. Only one major league team still holds an opening day parade – The Cincinnati Reds.

This is the 150th year anniversary of the first professional baseball team – The Cincinnati Reds. This is the last season that the best announcer in baseball will be in the Cincinnati Reds radio booth – Marty Brenneman.

The Reds have added new talent like Yasiel Puig, Matt Kemp and others. We have a new coach – David Bell – of, yes, THAT Bell family that is part of Reds history. Other players are reinvigorated this spring.

I had two Cheese Coneys at Edwards in NYC for their monthly Cincinnati Night this Monday. All of these signs point to a very good season for our beloved Cincinnati Reds. There, I am making a prediction. Check back with me in October.
