Actually TOMORROW (Saturday, November 17, 2018) is National Homemade Bread Day.  So why am I telling you today?  Simple.  Homemade bread takes time and you need to plan ahead to make really worthwhile bread from scratch.  Believe me, it is well worth it.  I primarily make sourdough bread from a starter I have nurtured for well over a decade.  But any homemade bread is a revelation and something to celebrate.  Plan to make bread this weekend, I know I will.  I can’t wait.
