Oh how I miss March and April which seems like months ago. My Reds got off to a screaming start and led the most power division in baseball. Oh how they have been humbled in May. Swept by the Pirates and Cubs on the road, I can’t wait until they return home today. Time for some home cooking and a return to winning ways. These last seven games were awful, at one point our Reds pitchers issued seven straight walks in a game. Nine games do not a season make, but it is time to turn the page and get back to business. The losing games have swamped some good news. Our Sal Stewart was named Rookie of the Month in April which is nice but we need to win these games. Go Reds!
