The National League Central Division is the only segment of Major League Baseball with all five teams holding a winning record. As my Reds headed into May facing two Central Division rivals, this would not be the time to lose their momentum.

They just got swept by the Pirates. Ouch.

Starting today they enter a four game series with the Division leading Chicago Cubs. That means we have frittered away our own lead in the division. It is too early in the season to say this is a do or die series. But it is time to show our mettle. Go Reds!
