I’m Baaack!
Yes, I have been away from the blog for a while. Went through some health issues and emerged on the other side pretty well, thank you. I thought it would might be auspicious to start a new year with renewed energy. My simple resolution is to double down on my writing. I am halfway through a new full length script I am working on and have high hopes for. I am going to try to post more often to this blog. Sometimes it can be a slog, but it at least gets my fingers hunting and pecking on the keyboard and the more comfortable they are doing that, perhaps they will be more productive on my writing.
During my absence I have been energized by people reading my back catalogue of blog posts, sometimes a few every day, sometimes many every day but never a blank day. Thank You. I have previously written nearly 1,200 blog posts, some of which are still relevant, especially those focusing on National Days as I often do. Feel free to type in a topic and see if I have ever covered it.
While I was away I also reworked my Playwright’s web site. The old one was a hodgepodge of unorganized weird stuff. I have streamlined it to more professionally represent my writing. Though script opportunities have been markedly reduced by the pandemic and other reasons, I hope to add more readings and productions during 2024. The link is below.
I have high hopes for the golden year to come and hope you do as well. I think expanding my writing is more likely to be accomplished than reducing my waistline, so I am giving it a whirl.
