Throwback Thursday – My Reds do not have the worst record in baseball – for now…

So in my occasional Throwback Thursday series – The Cincinnati Reds! Woo-hoo!

So if you follow baseball you know that my Cincinnati Reds have gotten off to a historically bad start. For one of the first times in this season, we do not have the worst record in major league baseball. For 2022 that is reason for celebration. That is how bad it has been this season. The Kansas City Royals are 16-33 while my beloved Cincinnati Reds are 17-32. That counts as a major success in this dismal season (Sorry Kevin).

So I am eternally optimistic and still root for the RedLegs. Today’s picture is a flashback to our fabulous 1990 season and the gifts I got that Christmas. The wire-to-wire T-shirt and what is possible but distant now…
