Day One of the Excellent Acie and Walter August Ride took us down the enter length of the Skyline Drive from Front Royal to Waynesboro, Virginia. I’ve done the ride several time but this was Acie’s first time to run the entire road. It was a great day to ride motorcycles with only a few brief rain showers. Here we are getting set to roll out. His new silver Harley-Davidson and my long time Can-Am Spyder are included in the photo. For those who have not seen me in a while, yes, I am very furry with a quarantine beard!

It has always been a beautiful ride with amazing vistas and here we are at the Thorton Hollow Overlook. Yes, Acie is a big guy!
