Yesterday I posted this photo of my probably 11 year old father posing on a parked motorcycle. All that was penciled on the back were the words “Todd” and “1949.”

I recognized the driveway but couldn’t identify who the motorcycle might belong to and asked for help from family. As usual, my family came through. My Aunt Priscilla informed me that before she met and married my Uncle Reed he had used a motorcycle for transportation to and from Pharmacy School. By the time she met him he had stopped using it and that memory would have faded away from the family without my Aunt Priscilla’s help. I am assuming that Reed might have even taken this photo of his much younger brother. Thank you as always, family!
My own motorcycle adventure starts Monday. More to come in the week ahead!
