We in New York City have been on “Pause” for about eight weeks now and keeping time has gotten foggy.

Some parts of upstate have started reopening as are many other states. New York City will continue for another two weeks or so and that is tough. The lockdown has certainly taken a toll, including in the art world.

We’ve learned a lot of lessons during this time, including how we interact with other people. We certainly must wear masks to help reduce the spread of the infection as well as staying socially distanced. There has been some controversy about New York cops and how they enforce it. I hear it is even tougher in Rome.
