#ATOBTTR update – As my Cincinnati Reds have flirted with a playoff run in the second half of the season a new hashtag has emerged from a phrase by our superstar first baseman, Joey Votto. His strategy is to “sneak” into the playoffs while other teams are focused on someone else.

After getting swept by the Nationals in humiliating fashion this wears thin. What we must do now is to Streak On In. We need to put together consecutive win streaks to make up seriously lost territory. Times’a’wasting. While we are soon to enter a stretch of games against sub par teams, that is all we will be if we cannot beat the big boys. Do it now. Go Reds!
