Today is National Date Nut Bar Day.  My grandmother made the perfect Date Nut Bar and now my Aunt Priscilla makes them just as well.  I have never made them satisfactorily.  But here is my 2019 resolution.  I must make them perfectly twice and then I will post the recipe.  If I cannot you will not hear of them again.  Should be an interesting year!
