Good Eats RELOADED

goodeats reloaded

Alton Brown is one of my favorite television cooking celebrities.  His goofball antics and scientific cooking explanations have always thrilled me.  While I have baked all my life I only did rudimentary main course cooking after I learned from Alton.  I don’t much like his competition game show programs but did enjoy his Broadway Show.  But Good Eats has always been my go to favorites and I have many of his cookbooks.

On Monday he launched a mini remake of a number of episodes where he will create updates and some complete overhauls of his past episodes.  It was fun to see him talking back to his younger self and offering correctives or clarifications.  I highly recommend this reboot.  You can find it on Food Network.  His first reload was on steak and I will be watching for future notable topics.  Good Eats and Good Ideas.
