The day after we begin Daylight Savings Day, when we “spring forward” and lose an hour of sleep because the clocks are adjusted, is known as National Napping Day. Not surprising because we lose an hour of sleep when we already run ourselves ragged. I endorse a siesta this afternoon. So go ahead, zone out at work today and catch up on your rest. Tell your boss I gave you permission and if he has anything to say, he can say it to me. While you are napping. He knows where to find me. I’ll be in my hammock.
