Artificial Intelligence Poetry about Random Acts of Poetry Day

Random Acts of Poetry Day on the first Wednesday in October encourages outbursts of poetry. The day for poets and poet wannabes spreads random poetry through art, the written word, and voice. As I am not much of a poet myself I turned to my favorite AI program, Bard by Google, to write some poetry about random acts of poetry day.

First I asked for a Haiku.

Poetry in the streets
Words bloom like flowers bright
A gift for all to share.

How about a Limerick?

There once was a day called Random Acts of Poetry
When poets shared their work with glee.
They wrote on the walls,
And gave verse to all,
To spread joy and creativity.

Go for any length:

A day to celebrate the word,
To let our voices be heard.
A day to share our poetic hearts,
In parks, on trains, and in shopping carts.

Let’s write poems on sidewalks and walls,
And leave them for strangers to find.
Let’s recite poems to our loved ones,
And to the people we meet in kind.

For poetry is a gift to all,
It can make us laugh, and it can make us cry.
It can open our minds to new ideas,
And help us to see the world in new ways.

So on this Random Acts of Poetry Day,
Let’s share our poems far and wide.
Let’s show the world that poetry is alive,
And that it has something to offer everyone inside.

After all that, I’ll take a shot

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I’m bored of Random Acts of Poetry,
How about you?
