We recently saw a live radio broadcast program of LIVE FROM HERE with Chris Thile, the host and program that replaced Garrison Keillor’s Prairie Home Companion.  It was broadcast from the Town Hall here in New York and was tremendous fun.  It featured exceptional music guests Calexico and Meshell Ndegeocello and the very funny Mike Yard.  The radio comedy and atmosphere of carry-overs Tim Russell and Fred Newman was as good as always.  While I enjoyed Prairie Home Companion this was the first live radio broadcast I have attended and will jump at the chance to when the supernaturally talented Chris Thile returns for another brief New York run.  You should as well when he tours through your city.
