The Reds first 2026 win is a thriller for the kids

Saturday’s Reds game was sold as “Kids Opening Day.” Second game of the season was pitched to the little ones with special goodies including an on field parade of interested kiddos. And the Reds made it an exciting future memory for all the little ones. The won an exciting game against the Red Sox with new teammate Dane Myers (above) knocking in the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning to take it 6-5. Feels good.

One other primary impression was the continuing excellence of clean up batter Sal Stewart (below). Watch for him this season. Go Reds!
