The last Thursday in July is always National Chili Dog Day and for me that means a Cheese Coney from a Cincinnati Chili parlor. Whether that is Skyline, Gold Star, Empress, or my favorite Camp Washington Chili it is the best introduction for newbies into the wonderful unique flavor profile that is Cincinnati Chili.
